Week Two: Children and Trauma: Why is my kid acting like that? This week on Parenting from the Inside Out we will look at the long and short term effects of trauma on the child and how this is played out in the family. Children from hurt places often cannot talk about what is really bothering them. Their emotional imbalance is often seen in a variety of troubling behaviors. This week listeners will hear about other real life situations and how looking at behavior from the understanding of the child's fear and loss of hope and power can help bring healing from the inside out.
